I haven't the chance to work on the sculpture of Tara Drolma so I thought we could watch a video instead; this song is sung by Kyidjam!
We can both see and sense the spiritual power that is the very core of the Tibetan struggle-and why it has outlasted a half a century of the Beijing regime's attempts to extinguish it. In the face of seemingly overwhelming expression of material force by the regime it is easy to forget which power is the more enduring. But then when has the world ever seen so many soldiers assembled against unarmed peacefully demonstrating people? The regime knows- and it fears.
